Day 1
  • Arrival: Upon arrival at Muscat International Airport, delegates will be warmly welcomed by our representatives with personalized meet-and-greet assistance.
  • Arrival transfer: Private transfers to the hotel.
  • Evening kick-start the event with a memorable Sunset Dhow Cruise along Muscat's stunning coastline.
  • Enjoy breathtaking sunset views aboard a traditional Omani dhow, Admire the city's iconic coastline, majestic mountains, and historic landmarks from the sea.
  • Enjoy light refreshments and a relaxed networking atmosphere on board.
  • Later return back to hotel.
  • Overnight: Muscat.
Day 2
  • After breakfast, check out and begin your immersive Muscat city exploration.
  • Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque - One of the largest and most magnificent mosques in the Middle East, admired for its grand Islamic architecture.
  • Note 1: Please adhere to the dress code (conservative dress for both; headscarf for ladies).
  • Visiting Hours: Sat–Thu, 08:00–11:00
  • Opera House & Shatti Al Qurm: A stop at the Royal Opera House for photos, followed by a scenic drive along the upscale Qurm beachfront.
  • Afternoon: * Explore the Old Muscat area: Photo stops at Al Alam Palace and the Portuguese forts Mirani & Jalali.
  • o Choose between the National Museum or Beit Al Zubair for a cultural deep dive.
  • Sunset at Mutrah: Wander hand-in-hand through the Mutrah Souq, shopping for silver and frankincense, followed by a walk along the harbor Corniche.
  • Return to your hotel after a captivating day

Day 3
  • Morning: After breakfast, set off in a comfortable drive for a scenic journey along the stunning coastal highway toward Sur.
  • The dramatic Al Hajar Mountains rise on one side while the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Oman sparkle on the other.
  • Bimmah Sinkhole: Visit this spectacular natural limestone crater for a quick dip or a photo.
  • Fins Beach: A stop at "White Beach" for stunning photos of the turquoise Gulf of Oman.
  • Wadi Shab / Wadi Tiwi: Hike into the lush wadi to find emerald pools and hidden waterfalls—perfect for a honeymoon photo backdrop.
  • Proceed to hotel in Ras Al jinz.
  • Evening Turtle Watching Tour:
  • Guided walk with ranger to protected nesting beach.

  • After breakfast, travel toward Oman’s eastern landscapes.
  • Wadi Bani Khalid - Relax beside crystal-clear pools surrounded by rugged mountains and date palms. Optional cave exploration available.
  • Wahiba Sands - Enter the golden dunes of Oman’s vast desert.
